I have been a customer of Haig’s of Rochester since 2012 after meeting Paul when he was giving a lecture to MBA students at Oakland University. Is a jewelry store I trust and that sells unique pieces. Regardless of my budget I have always received excellent service. This year, my wife and I are celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, Paul helped us find a color diamond with great character and designed a new ring for my wife. I had two rings repaired here and the jeweler did an excellent job on each one! They paid attention to my concerns and how I wanted it done and did exactly that at reasonable rates. My husband also had them make a Mother's necklace for me a few years ago. He was very pleased with their service and I love the design!

Purchased a ring less than 6 months ago, the band cracked and when we took it in for repair, were told by the staff that I was harsh on my ring because it had scratches. I have a wedding band from somewhere else which I wear with this ring. I have been wearing that for 9 years now and it doesn't have a scratch on it. I work on a computer all day, I wouldn't consider that harsh on my rings, I am not happy with the quality and the accusation that I caused my ring band to crack. Very disappointed
