The owner should be available at all times which is not the case in this business. I was met with a man who was in clear dereliction of duty and did not meet my request as far as a meeting with the owner. Disrespect is no way to run a funeral home so think twice before you choose Haight Funeral Home! I bet the owner is as mean as her disrespectful employee! Do not trust these people for anything!
