I went to have some garnet jewellery valued. Both, Mrs and Mr Haigh had a close look at the pieces. Not only gave they fabulous advice, they also carried out small repairs. I was nearly an hour in their shop, left with the jewellery much better packaged than before and a clear idea where to go from here. All that at no cost!!!! I am so impressed, they made my day 😊😊😊😊
cannot thank the team enough in restoring my Sovereign coin and casing back to its original state (after an unfortunate incident with a couple dozen cars running it over). the staff are incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. was upfront with pricing and “if it doesn’t work” scenarios. thankfully, the original work and quote was doable and didn’t need additional work, but was thankful for the heads up anyway. definitely worthy of 5 stars
