Do not use this company. Neil never returned our phone calls after going out to appraise the property. Neil is nice over the phone, but never rendered the service advertised. If you need an appraisal of your home, don't use Haida Appraisal...
Very happy with Neil's professionalism and his expertise. Highly recommend.
