Dr. Chen should lose his license to practice medicine. He is a terrible neurologist. I see him once yearly to get prescription renewals for my seizure medications. He did not give me enough prescription refills to last to the next appointment. I have epilepsy and my life has been endangered because he failed to give me enough required medication to keep me from having life-threatening tonic-clonic seizures. He should be sued for medical malpractice!
