Had trouble finding staples for my upholstery stapler. Hahn was very helpful and mad sure the staple properly test-fired in my stapler. My order was small but they treated me with a great deal of care.
After calls to Canada, Vermont, il and 4 weeks had passed I thought I finally had a ladder ordered. No such luck. After having given my credit card number for the 4th time i thought my ladder was on the way. Not even an ordinary credit card exchange. It was a whole 1980s era print it out, fill out a full page document to scan and return with your signature and first born child. Apparently that wasn't enough.
