Best place in town. I love this place!! Dr Hahm is Amazing the best in town. I started going to him at 26 and now at 41 I'm back there's just no one better. I go naked or with my bottom undies. I feel comfortable with my body and very much so with Dr Hahm. I've never felt weirded out or uncomfortable with him. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR This doctor sexually assaulted me. I filed a report with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. I have been haunted ever since and I plead with others to NOT go to him for ANYTHING.
Changed Over the Years I started getting acupressure massages here a few years ago and highly recommended the place. But on a recent visit it seemed that things had changed. The massage therapist wasn't as skilled as the previous therapists I'd had there and I saw something I'd never seen at Hahm before: female massage therapists wearing 6-inch spiked stilleto platform heels (a la pole dancing) while on duty. Strange for a person performing legitimate therapeutic work. I haven't been back since.
I'm a spoiled west L.A. kid, so I've had more massages in my day than I deserve, but the best and most memorable by far was at the Hahm Rejuvenation Center from the blind Korean guy. It's on the second floor of a mini-mall near the Beverly Center andthe Beverly Connection, and appears to be family managed. I'm not sure why, but Mr. Hamn is so incredibly sensitive about your body, talented in what he does and INNOVATIVE! One of my favorite things in the city.
Incredible massage and body treatments I'm a spa junkie, and usually opt for luxury / high end spas, but went to this mini-mall based one on a recommendation for a deep tissue massage and body scrub. It was one of the most blissful experiences I've ever had. The massage was amazing (traditional shiatsu) but the "Body Scrub and Body Care" treatment was exceptional. Dr. Hahm Rules! I had my first massage with Mr. Hahm in the mid 90s. First of all, blind or not, I was late for my appointment and when I stepped through the doorway he called my name. During the massage, he walked on my back and I didn't feel a thing. I have had many massages since but by none so talented. I reserve his massages for when I really need hard-core relaxation as Shiatsu is not for the faint of heart.
