I purchased a home three years ago that had a water softener in it. I contacted the name on the water softener and thought maybe I better have somebody come out and show me how to use it! I spoke with Misty who was so kind and then Gabriel came out and spent an hour with me showing me how to work this thing! Gabriel was so knowledgeable and so awesome to deal with! Small companies who retain employees matter. I bought from Hague 15 years ago and the same people still answer the phone as I buy today. All of these companies selling water softening systems will give you clean and soft water. Hague backs up their systems and knows you bought from them. This is the only people a skeptical person like me should ever buy from.
