My experience with Jane, Mallory, and Dr. Hagopian have all been wonderful. My medical questions were answered promptly and completely, and I felt like I was in very good hands with them medically. Unfortunately, there has been a bit of a hiccup with insurance, and the communication with Ashley on the issue left a lot to be desired. I love Dr. Hagopian and his office staff! I decided to add on Botox to my pre-op appointment and I have to say its the best I've ever had! I prefer a truly frozen look and Jane delivered!
