They're people are the mot professional and personable staff and so easy to work around my busy schedule. Being from England, I was not sure what to expect when having my carpet cleaned in the States. My first experience was very disappointing. The company (remaining nameless) showed up late (with no courtesy phone call) then overcharged me for the work I was having done! Poppycock! I had my carpets cleaned by Steve Hagopian & Co. last month. They scheduled a time when it was convenient for me, and kept me informed of the cleaning technician's expected time of arrival. They even called me when they were on their way to my home. Very convenient! The carpet cleaning performance was spectacular. Fast, efficient, friendly and courteous.
