Paid 50 $ delivery fee which I deemed high but needed an oil change and no way to get it to service so felt ok with it. Then when it comes back am told the auger belt was cracked so they replaced it! The bill much higher than I expected 209.98 ! Paid feeling all set to blow snow. First storm didn’t get to end of drive and no auger. Called they picked up had to call then finally stop by but was told they were working on it. Delivered back with a 95. $ invoice.. Dropped off chainsaw wouldnt start. Picked it up a week later, still wouldnt start. Only needed gas tank vent line replaced. Threw away cracked line because they dont know what theyre doing. BEWARE!!
