Dropped off chainsaw wouldnt start. Picked it up a week later, still wouldnt start. Only needed gas tank vent line replaced. Threw away cracked line because they dont know what theyre doing. BEWARE!!
Rude and unhelpful
I needed my basically new 550xpmk2 to be reset with a software update. I had worked all day on trails and finally got to the store with maybe 15 min to spare. The employee knew exactly what he was doing and stayed after closing to get me set up after a long drive. Great selection, great expertise, nice people. Highly recommended.
Brand new Lawn mower left here running fine with 6 hours on it . Needed deck sway bar hooked back up on one end. Maybe bent. Came back with 13.3 hours on it. Told us key had been left on. But now it makes crazy loud noises when engaged and look at the pics of the blades?? I have called and left message also spoke to owner . Seems they just don't care.i will change this review if they fix the problem
