RecommendedJust had a septoplasty/ turbanoid removal done today! Due to covid my mom couldn’t join me and it was my first surgery, the staff did not leave my side or allow me to worry! Sarah was my nurse and was fantastic, as was the entire staff!! they all were very kind and attentive to my care. Even when i rolled into the procedure room everyone introduced themselves and told me exactly what they were doing! had me discharged in 2 1/2 hours!
Wonderful staff!!!! Lady at the front desk was awesome and very nice. Huge shout out to Kelly, who was my nurse before and after surgery. Enjoyed the laughs with her. She really took the edge off my nerves. The nurse I had in the OR was so tentative. I don't think she left my side. My apologies, I don't remember her name but she wore glasses. Thank you to the entire staff, Dr and Anesthesiologist!!!
Great place very nice staff
Had total knee replacement 9/13/19 done there! Highly recommend this place the Drs. and staff are awesome! After going home they would call me and check on all my needs and answer all my questions.
My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed this morning. It was a pleasant experience. They are great with children!
Everything about my use of The Hagerstown Surgery Center was outstanding. Great staff. Looking forward to my next procedure.
Sitting here right now. A half hour surgery hasn't even started and it's been two hours. Terrible fucking communication about what's happening. My GF has been alone in the back this whole time. I'd never come here again.
Thanking the staff at "Hagerstown Surgery Center" they are truly amazing, I had surgery yesterday and was treated with such kindness and care... They take the time to get to know you and not just as a patient they wanted to get in and out!!! I can't thank them enough for the care and follow up phone calls to make sure that I was ok... Bless you all
The staff is amazing they were so nice and they didn't keep my family out to long after I was taken back or even after I came out of surgery and started waking up. Thank you Dr. Hawa for taking such amazing care of me.
