Doctors are allways in a big hurry they don't lessen to what you say. The people who answer the phone's our disrespectful and so our some of the nurses i have been going to them for years ,it is time to find a nother doctor. Would not recommend this place.
So very disappointed in some of the staff. Each time I went with my elderly mother she was checked in by a woman who was rude. I thought that just maybe she was having a bad day, but it was the same at each appointment. If you need to call after hours it was the same treatment. My mother was spoken to as if she was a moron. The call center should not make a decision if your needs need a call back from the dr. on call. That is between you and your doctor.
