Doctors are allways in a big hurry they don't lessen to what you say. The people who answer the phone's our disrespectful and so our some of the nurses i have been going to them for years ,it is time to find a nother doctor. Would not recommend this place.
I would not recommend Hagerstown Heart to anyone .. I live an hour away from this facility but I needed to see a heart specialist because I’ve been having multiple issues with my heart and my regular doctor wanted me to be seen by a heart specialist. I arrived to my appointment yesterday and all the office staff was friendly! However, when the Doctor came in he went straight to his computer and asked me how my heart is doing. This place is beyond improval. This office just sucks in general
So very disappointed in some of the staff. Each time I went with my elderly mother she was checked in by a woman who was rude. I thought that just maybe she was having a bad day, but it was the same at each appointment. If you need to call after hours it was the same treatment. My mother was spoken to as if she was a moron. The call center should not make a decision if your needs need a call back from the dr. on call. That is between you and your doctor. I saw dr. faridi, at hagerstown heart today. I did not like that place at all. the nurse was rude, treated me like I was a little child or old lady who could not answer questions herself. I had to undress bottom up for the ekg (the hospital was able do it with my clothes on), they gave me a tiny paper vest to put on, I FELT ENTIRELY EXPOSED. I asked after the EKG if I could get dressed again and was told 'no'. so I sat there in a paper wrap that barely covered my chest, meeting a doctor I had not met before. I told the EKG t... read more
