This dealership is awful to deal with! We purchased what we were told was a 4WD Escape on a Saturday night. Sunday night we discovered that it was NOT at all 4WD. On Monday we returned the vehicle and told finance and used car management why we were returning the vehicle and how our salesman bold-face lied to us and told us it was 4WD. I purchased a used 2006 F-250 on February 8, 2014. Immediately the vehicle began producing fumes which caused nausea, headaches, dizzyness, and burning of the eyes nose and throat when the heater was used. I was assured, via phone, that the vehicle was safe. Multiple efforts to contact upper management were unsuccessful. Service efforts to deal with the problem were minmal at best. After having troubles with 3 other auto makers we came to Hagerstown Ford and bought a vehicle. They are very friendly and easy going. No pressure at all, just wanted to get us into the perfect vehicle and they did.
