We had Hagerstown Floors recarpet our living room and hallway just over three years ago. We were told the padding was "premium" and that the carpet would hold up well. Initially, we were happy with it. Then just a short time later, we began having issues with the carpet coming away from the wall. When I contacted them, they blamed our narrow hallways, then our trim. Be careful with this company. Jamie in sales is very veg. Question every thing in the contract. Make sure you look at the contract good before paying your deposit. Question the installers on everything they do. They are subcontractors! If you are not sure what they are doing is correct have them stop and leave. You can sort it out before they finish. This company is not recommended. I had a complaint and they attempted to fix my issue and finished the install without seeking my approval. Then told me it is as good as it gets... read more
Just recieved our new living room rug, created by the Hagerstown Floors team. We had carpet custom cut and bound, creating a large rug and two accent rugs for our home. The purchase was smooth. The order, binding and finished product was quick. They kept us informed of every step. Highly Recommend.
Went with this place with the desire to help a local business over a big box store. Even though I had previously purchased carpet from a big box store and had an excellent experience. We had only 1 requirement and that was that they gave us the best stain resistant carpet. The previous carpet we purchased from the big box store cleaned up pet messes super easy even 10+ years later. So we bought carpet from Hagerstown Floors for our entire second floor of our new home.
