I arrived there and all I heard from receptionist was gossiping. Then I was having 7 teeth pulled n the young doctor was having trouble pulling my teeth n totally got an attitude with me cause fe didn't know I guess what he was doing so he called the older dentist man in n he finally got my teeth pulled but I didn't get a sorry or anything! not a modern facility at all but the service was good an prices are hands down the best around. I am self pay. my wife and sister both had wisdom teeth pulled here with great success.
I CAN ONLY SAY THAT MY WIFE HAS BEEN TO THIS DENTIST 1 TIME WITH NO PROBLEM. BUT ON THE SECOND VISIT, THE INSURANCE CO. HAD TO APPROVE FOR HER 2 HAVE SOME MORE EXTRACTIONS. ITS BEEN 20 DAYS 2 THE DAY THAT SHE WAS LAST THERE. AND 2DAY THEY FINALLY APPROVED FOR 2 MORE TEETH 2 BE REMOVED. ( THANK GOD ). SHE HAS BEEN HURTING ALL THIS TIME. I DID CALL THE DR. It made me choose a star. They dont deserve anything but an inspection of their facility!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I say anyone who has a problem with the sorry excuse for a dental office... I urge to to go to http://www.oag.state.md.us/Consumer/complaint.htm and file a complaint!!!!
This place is the pits. There are stains on the carpet. I was pregnant when I went there to get a cleaning and the dentist wanted me to get an x-ray of my teeth. He said it wouldn't hurt the baby. I stated, "Heck no." The cleaning wasn't very good and the assistant was talking about her life. It was the most unprofessional place I have ever been too, but at the time I was on the state insurance. I guess they didn't check and I am so glad to have my own insurance now and am doing better.
I walk in a few minutes before my appointment. I sign in (with my own pen because they did not leave any pens out, nor could I find anyone at the desk). I have a seat and 15 minutes later, I still have not been acknowledged. I walk up to the desk and see one of the receptionists putting on make-up. I listen to the women gossiping and talking about their weekend.
