Dropped off an item for repair, they sat on it for 2 weeks and still not repaired. Followed up on when repairs would be compelted a couple times and was told it was going to be done on Thursday, follow up on Friday and still not done. Didn't have the courteousy to call and say they couldn't do it or they were too busy. Unless you're a big corp looking to spend a large amount of money don't even bother going here.
I dropped off an item that I hoped could be fixed as I very much dislike throwing anything remotely useful into the landfill. I no sooner got home than I got a phone call to say that my item was fixed and ready to be picked up! I was shocked at how quickly my issue was remedied and that it could be remedied at all. A very big Thanks to the staff at Hagen Electric. I highly recommend this business an will use their service again, if needed.
