My insurance company sent a tow truck to tow my dead car to the autoshop. When Dee showed up, instead of just hooking it up and towing it off, he took the time to check my battery, noticed a loose cable, and fixed it for me--saving me time and money! Thank you so much! He seriously made my day.
I wish to make a strong recommendation for Dee who works for Hagen Collision. My insurance sent their tow truck to help get my car off a cement curbing where it was high-centered. Dee was the technician who came and he couldn't have been more careful and did an expert job so as not to hurt my car. He is an employee to be valued.

This place was so amazing!! I had my lower ball joint break in my drive way, my truck has a 15 inch lift with 41" tires. Hagen was the 5th tow truck company to come out to figure out how to get my truck down the driveway and onto the tow truck. The other 4 trucks just showed up and left saying it was too hard of a job, mark wasn't about to give up he tried so many different things until the job was done. Hagen also operates a trolling tow service in the south end of the valley that trolls HOA communities at 9 pm on a Sunday to boot people's cars! I highly recommend using this scourge of the earth if you want a company to take your dollars for nothing!
STAY AWAY! Sitting here in my car, was "assigned" to have this company come and tow my daughters car for a flat tire. All started out well, they would be here in 30 minutes, great! Well after sitting here for over 45 minutes I get a call from Allstate road side assistantance making sure the service had been performed and it had not. They placed me on hold and said it would be another 20 minutes. Fine. So 15 minutes goes by and MARK from Hagen Collision calls saying they are finally coming, really? Alignment wasn't done and if so, they did a horrible job. Brakes squeal. Vacuumed up my change and who knows what else. Didn't feel welcome. Hopefully, I will not have to come back.
