Our poor Carter (medical foster-to-adopt through Manatee county animal services) had a rough day. He had his first heartworm treatment today and was shivering in pain. I called the shelter and they were as helpful and compassionate as they could be over the phone. So I called our personal vet and asked for different pain meds. They called them into the pharmacy near me and he was finally able to rest. A big thank you to Dr. Huber/Dr. Brodie and their staff. They went above and beyond for our guy.

Dr. Huber and Dr. Brodie are top notch veterinarians and their entire staff has been pleasant and patient with us and our pets. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Huber is great! He really cares about getting your pup better and will stop at nothing to do so! I will continue using them as my vet.

My dog, a eight year old Golden Retriever was boarded at Hagen's Pet Resort from Friday 10-10 to Tuesday 10-14. When we picked her up and arrived home she was a different dog. She was frightened and would not leave the bedroom the following morning. She didn't want to go for walks and her usual habits had disappeared. We noticed changes in the staff when she arrived. We have spent hundreds of dollars with a new vet who has been able to bring her back to normality. We will never use any of the facilities at Hagen's Resort and... read more

I had the worst exp with this place my dog came home full of ticks and came down with a really bad eye infection very skinny and dehydrated i spent 324 to stay at resort when i left my vet i paid 1500 in test for my pet i was told my dogs 8 day stay had nothing to do with her being sick wasnt theyre fault and i should of took to the vet hagans has the place is aweful employees lie to cover their tracks and are not friendly at all no concern for animals clearly there for a pay check and not love or care of animals

This is not a safe place to leave ur animals the staff do not pay attention and the place reaks of urine and dog do kennel walls are nasty its moist and always tryn to cover dirty up with chemicals which make animals sick in return they cover up with theyre vet care if caught before day your pet goes home being thats the only time ur dog is touched is on day go home when its given the bath then they make up some lie to cover theyre butts i sat and watched for 2 days and i would never leave my pet there they went outside twic... read more
