We wanted to let you know we really appreciated all you did for Max. If we couldn’t be with him we know the best for him was with you. Max visited the pet resort at least once a year and sometimes more often and always came home looking great. We do thank you for all his care for the last 13 years.

So disgusted. My dog came back to me emaciated. Every bone sticking out like those commercials, bed reeked of dried urine. When asked did she eat? They replied, yes but she ran around a lot. Liars. Animal abuse for sure.
