this realty company left a bathroom covered in actual "sh*t" when students moved in. bathroom was also out of order. they did come and clean and fix then week later basement flooded and are charging them for repair.

In fact, we were just voted #1 rental company in East Lansing this past year by the State News. That said; we make mistakes occasionally. Hagan was by far the greatest realty company I have dealt with in my years living in East Lansing. Unfortunately we decided to switch houses after one year with Hagan to a larger property, and it was the biggest mistake. Hagan was great about communication, there were never an unexplained charges, and it was always organized and easily explained.
