Good Morning, I spoke with two individuals at this dealership. I found both to be very helpful in providing information about the 911 I have been viewing online. If the opportunity arises to go to their dealership in person, I suspect that I will be happy with their sales personnel. Knowledgeable and courteous.
Though the salesguy was pleasant, the unit had issues and dealer would not negotiate a penny. I bought elsewhere the next day.
The deal was great then the I have nice interior nice comfort and the dealer was friendly too.
I was in a bind, had hit a deer with my car and was not prepared to buy another at this point. I needed an inexpensive car to get me by for the time being. Hagan Automotive's owner, Helen, was very understanding. She even brought the price of the car lower. She knew my brother was helping me and that he lived 4 hrs away. She placed the car on a travel hold until he could get here and we could make the purchase. Hagan Automotive went way above and beyond customer service in my opinion.
Helen was great!! She was straightforward and honest and gave me an awesome deal!! I would highly recommend her!!
Ended up buying a different vehicle but these guys were great. Nice selection of cars to see and drive. I am a local but worth a trip if you are in the market to buy!
