Service contractors BEWARE! THEY DON'T PAY their bills. Get paid up front or a credit card up front and run it first if you are considering working for these #$%^&*# @#$ %^&*$.
Do not rent from HAF real estate.....They make frivolous claims and will keep your security deposit for no apparent reason. This company does enough just to get by while making attempts to rip tents off. My experience renting from HAF real estate 1, LLC has been very unprofessional.
Can't complain about the place too much, it was what we paid for. Also the management TEAM is nice, can't blame them; however the two men who run the show are not (HAF). In our lease it specifically states that we are NOT responsible for utilities, but they'll expect you to be responsible. Not sure how that works out. Just do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and rent somewhere else.
Monstrous! Vanessa who apparently runs the show and speaks for the man can only be described as a monstrous bully who repeatedly attempts to manipulate facts to suit her theories of how security deposits must be demanded through court, and may you be ever forgiven for attempting to communicate with her, for she is not capable of maintaining any civility or decency in all of the repetitive communications that have been had with her by anyone who has attempted to request they not violate state and county laws, in addition to t... read more
