I had called in an order for a memorial etched piece that had a picture of small bouquet beside it on the website. They called back to say image wasn't correct on website and not to expect seeing a vase with flowers with the piece but they would add a small floral piece to complement it no extra charge since it was misleading. A few minutes later a different person called and said they wouldn't do that even though it was misleading on the website. For an additional cost they can add a little "evergreen". I ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday today. It was filled with beautiful spring flowers, the colors were vibrant and fresh and came with Mylar two balloons. They even sent a picture of what it looked like in my confirmation of delivery email!
I can always find something special for everyone there.. even bought Christmas gifts for my coworkers this year!
