RecommendedSubaru buying experience was great. Good price, friendly and quick.
BEWARE!!! Dealer screwed holes into the front bumper of our new Subaru Crosstrek for the SOLE purpose of advertising their dealership. When we took their Hadwin White advertising plate off we discovered the crudely drilled holes. Do not buy from them unless you want your brand new car to be damaged only so they can advertise their dealership on the front of it. Pathetic to do in the first place, showing a total disregard and disrespect for their customer’s new car.
Did not do the repairs they were paid to do. But claimed they did. Was supposed to have all new padding and carpet removed for steam cleaning after it was flooded.

I brought my Subaru here on vacation due to a problem involving a misfire. They had my car the rest of the day to replace spark plugs, wires, and the coil, and told me it was fixed. I drove my car 2 miles down the road and it started misfiring again, so I brought it back. This time they cleaned the throttle body and sent me on my way again. Misfire came back, so I called and they said to bring it in the next day. I decided to look at it myself after that. I was on my first day of vacation and my Subaru broke down. Over the course of a week, Brandon in the service department helped tremendously. He helped me dealing with the insurance adjustor, getting a car rental and everything in between. On top of that, those guys had my car fixed by the end of the week when my vacation was over. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. This place was the best!
