In July 2025 I was driving my sister in law's Subaru home to Connecticut from Charleston. Called the day before I arrived and found out they start taking service customers in at 8 am which was perfect for me who wanted to be in and out as quick as possible to get back on the road. I was assisted by Aliceson Morrell and Matt Brinson who got me in and out very quickly were straight forward and honest about the condition of the car giving me the confidence to drive back home.
