Quoted one price; charged another. Today I got four new tires for my 2019 Crosstrek. I had spoken to a service rep last week to get a quote. He told me $850 out the door. Today I was charged over $1000. I complained. They made some minor adjustments but the total was still $150+ over what I was quoted. I would not have purchased them from Hadwin White had I known the true price. My past interactions have been very good but this is terrible.
This is one of those "I wish I could give 0 stars" review. This dealership has an epidemic of incompetence in their service department. Throughout a 2 month long process and the attempt to return a car multiple times, Hadwin White Subaru continue to return the car in worse shape. Furthermore ownership has been involved and guaranteed that the service department would test drive the vehicle before attempting to return it. We'll, no surprises at all, on our 5th attempt to pick up the vehicle this morning, it didnt even start. ... read more

I recently purchased a 2025 Forester from Hadwin-White. Their website is very informative. The vehicles on their lot are nicely displayed. I received a friendly welcome from Daniel Colbert. I was very impressed with their beautiful dealership. I test drove both of the vehicles I was interested in. Daniel explained the features, and was very patient as I made my decision.
