It was easy to make an online appointment. The service was excellent and friendly. I had to wait there for about an hour and a half and was extremely comfortable!
Service was very professional. Kept me informed throughout the repairs . Subaru is a first class organization and the service department equals that . You get what you pay for .

Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car here after someone hit it in the rear. They teamed up with State Farm and when it was completed, and I came to pick it up, Tiffany said that State Farm didn't approve to fix the cable that holds the spear tire. Them i called State Farm, and they said they denied it because Tiffany had told them that in har "professional" option it hadn't broken in the impact, that it was already like that. My spear tire was never used. Thank you Tiffany.
