I had an excellent warranty service experience at Hadwin-White Subaru in Conway. Christ Lagola was my service advisor, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Spent 4000 dollars on repairs and new tires to find out in a different state with 3 flat tires a month later that my valve stems needed to be replaced and should have been at the time of instalation. Be ware of this incompetence.
Just wanted to praise Jill McClure, Subaru’s great techie! Helped us understand all the bells and whistles in our new car, especially with our phones and maps! Professional, polite, knowledgeable!
Super friendly service staff! Great bunch of guys who got my Forester situated for an oil change, wiper blades, and a keyfob battery change. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I spoke with Kevin in Sales about the end of my lease and purchase of the car and got all the answers and options in very short order. I swear they even finished the work I needed in less than the 90 minutes I was given, or I just didn't notice because I was comfortable! :) Highly recommend!
