Friendly, courteous, stayed in the time frame quoted. (The waiting room is well-appointed with a play area for kids, a tv, a radio, and some popcorn. )
Update 7/28/26: Note: 4/5 stars: I'm back! Went here on Monday JUly 27th 2026 with my parents to finally pick up the car from the body shop! First off, kudos to Tabitha, who kept in touch with my dad and provided updates as far as when the car was ready or if it needed anything. Although on that day earlier my dad called her in the morning saying that we will pick up the car at 2PM that day. 5 stars for the service team. I had a dead car and they were the only ones who would take it last minute. They found out the problem and kept me well informed. Mike in service, thank you for all your help. Your help and willingness to help me goes a long way. Hadwin White will be my first stop when looking for a new vehicle(s) in the near future.

We came here because unfortunately on the 4th of JUly, got into a little fender bender- luckily i'm alright and here, but the car needed repairs. This was listed as Progressive's recommend auto shops after submitting the claim.it was also close to us location wise.
