Brittny IS absolutely fabulous. Had some warranty work done on a 2014 Avalon & everything came out amazing. A few hiccups that she was able to rectify immediately & without issue. The sweetest, kindest soul. Thank you a million times for your service. Forever grateful for such a great act of kindness. If anyone ever has an issue, it’s definitely a they problem because Brittny is great!
From the time I dropped my car off to be repaired, after I was rear ended, until I picked it up, the experience was exceptional. I arrived and everything was ready for me, even the rental car from Enterprise. I was in and out in less than 10 min. I was kept in the know the entire time about when parts would be in and when it would be ready to be picked up. My car looked brand new and they even washed it for me. Sometimes great things come out of bad situations. This is my second visit to Hadwin White Collision and I can say their level of professionalism and talent is impeccable. My big shout out goes to Brittny W for making both experiences enjoyable vs stressful. Very thorough on detail and getting things done in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and the crew that brought back both vehicles back to looking brand new and flawless. Any body work that is needed is highly recommended. I would give 10
