Been waiting for over 2 months now for a completed appraisal for a home equity loan. This company lied on there first appraisal about an addition in progress on the home. The last addition done to this home was in 1982. Bank sent appraisal back to this company and we have been waiting for a month now. Multiple attempts to contact the company have resulted in no answer and the voice mail box being full. Poor customer service, lying on appraisals and very slow turn around
