Have no idea where to begin on this. I am beyond frustrated with the matter and I am at the point where if someone asked me if I would choose this store and the floor I would recommend not at this point. I have to say it was a great experience in customer service and recommend on the flooring. The flooring installation was great and looked beautiful. But with in a year the LVT floating vinyl had pop up with a musty order in the room. When removed the wood floor underneath had moisture damage and droplets were dropping off the back of the LVT.
