I guess they are overwhelmed with patients or their management sucks. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. I recently relocated and am 14 weeks pregnant. I needed a referral to an obgyn. I tried to call them twice and they put me on hold for almost 20 mins each time. One time without even saying anything and one time by telling me that they don’t have an appointment until August end or September. All I wanted was a referral from pcm to obgyn. Dr. Haden has been my family doctor for years. Friendly staff, Doc extremely knowledgeable (he's direct, but knowledgeable), and they have made accommodations to see me on short notice numerous times. Highly recommend.
Dr. Haden is very thorough. His bed side manners could use some work🤣 but I'm used to his very dry sense of humor now. He is a good Dr. and I appreciate that.
Absolutely awful. I’m livid at my experience there. It was my first visit at this practice and I will NEVER be going back. The doctor running the practice was rude and very creepy. I was made very uncomfortable during my appointment and feel disgusted. Aside from that the desks of the receptionists were completely covered with stacks of documents and there were files everywhere. The office in the back was dirty and unsanitary.
