I wish I had NEVER used this Dr. He is the sorriest excuse for a Dr., I have ever had in my life, except for another Dr I once had who lost his license. This Dr. is condescending, and INSULTING EVERY VISIT. He ALWAYS talked down to me and others before me. I guess they are overwhelmed with patients or their management sucks. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. I recently relocated and am 14 weeks pregnant. I needed a referral to an obgyn. I tried to call them twice and they put me on hold for almost 20 mins each time. One time without even saying anything and one time by telling me that they don’t have an appointment until August end or September. All I wanted was a referral from pcm to obgyn. Very professional,
Dr. Haden has been my family doctor for years. Friendly staff, Doc extremely knowledgeable (he's direct, but knowledgeable), and they have made accommodations to see me on short notice numerous times. Highly recommend.
Dr. Haden is very thorough. His bed side manners could use some work🤣 but I'm used to his very dry sense of humor now. He is a good Dr. and I appreciate that.
