If there was a less than 1 star, I would give it. The desk staff at this location is less than sub-par. They are frank, curt and rude. Waiting room is chock full of patients, then they fill up the patient rooms and then rush the Dr through as quick as possible. As if this is the fast food model for healthcare. It's hard to imagine a worse clinic operating out of a large respectable hospital and hopefully this was my first and last experience. Our appointment was for my 2 year old daughter with a broken clavicle was at 10:15 which they said to arrive 15 minutes early which we did. We were not seen until over an hour after her appt time. They took patients that arrived after us and we were the last patients seen mind you when we got there people were standing because there were no seats left. I’d say about 20 patients.
