RecommendedThe young man who cleaned my wall to wall carpet was very courteous and respectful of my home. He wore shoe coverings and face mask at all times and placed a runner in the entry to protect my hardwood floors. He evaluated the job and gave me a firm price quote before getting started and when he was done the carpet looked better than it did when we moved into the house in 2014. This is my second experience with Hadeed and they are excellent.
I was in a bad place when I took my carpet to Hadeed I was not able to pick up they were so wonderful and delivered it to me no cost thank you in my time of need

Hadeed did an above excellent job on cleaning my stone floors and grout. I haven’t professionally cleaned then in years...they looked brand new again. They also did an express cleaning on a shaggy floor rug! They again did an excellent job! Highly recommend their services.
I have used this company more times than I can count. Yes, a little pricy but the rugs tell the story. Rugs smell fresh, stains, including pet stains are history. My only concern is pads - I don't know who cut the pads but please get that person a new ruler, only 2 of 6 pads fit the rugs. Thanks to Hosea and Brian for recommending pads, please give the credit they deserve.

I received nothing but friendly service from the moment I called to request an estimate/pick up, the gentleman who called to revIew the rug with me after it had been cleaned, the gentleman who called to inform me of the time to expect the delivery of the rug and I truly can not speak highly enough of the two guys who picked up and delivered my rug. They were so friendly, careful with my rug and furniture and just were wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much.
Stay away of this company! They are not disclose the full information, did not give you a right quote and push you to pay a deposit upfront. After I found out that the information is completely misleading and refuse to pay $350 for basement cleaning (cost $162) and asked for refund, I was told that it will not be a full return. Verify unfortunate way of doing business!
I had an oriental rug cleaned so that I could get it appraised. They told me they would pick it up and bring it to be appraised if I also paid for cleaning it. I paid all of the fees but I still can’t get the appraisal report after making numerous calls to Hadeed. The rug was returned to me with no report. I call them and they promise to return my phone calls and let me know what is going on. But they never call me back about it. I am extremely unhappy about this.
It took over 2 months to have our carpets cleaned and returned. We didn't raise a stink about the time and tried to be understanding. We just had the rugs delivered and noticed an advertisement in the January ZEBRA. When we called about the discount posted in January we were told it only applied to those picked up January (which is not anywhere on the advertisement).
