The people of Haddon Home Care are warm and accommodating. The moment I call, they support my mother's needs and understand the continuim of care she needs, including vacations from visits. This has been crucial as I live 5 hours from my 94 year old independent mom who is still living at home.

We have been so grateful for the senior care support we have received from Haddon Home Care this past year. Our father has Alzheimer's and their team worked with us to provide services that met our needs and our father's needs. We have had the same aide for over 9 months now and she has been a literal angel in our life. She is kind and clever about how she delivers the care that he needs (but that he often resists or refuses). Everyone was very helpful & responsive to my needs. They supplied a live-in aide for my disabled husband at a difficult time for me and he was with us for over a year. A very responsible and reliable man. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs help with a loved one at home.

The organization is highly unprofessional and appears to lack basic human resource practices and proper employee training. Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone seeking employment or home care services from using this agency.
