The organization is highly unprofessional and appears to lack basic human resource practices and proper employee training. Communication was poor, expectations were unclear, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone seeking employment or home care services from using this agency.

We’ve had an extremely positive experience with Haddon Home Care after my mom fell down 2 flights of steps. From the very beginning, their team was responsive, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to understand her specific needs and created a care plan that made both her and our family feel comfortable and supported. Haddon Home Care was able to help us by providing staff on short notice during the Hospice of our loved one. They sent us John Who worked tirelessly and with compassion, taking care of our loved one around the clock. I would highly recommend the company and John, Based on our experience to anyone seeking this type of care. I’ve been using Haddon Home Care for a few months to help care for my wife, who is in a later stage of dementia from Alzheimer’s, including incontinence. I’ve been very happy with having the same caregiver for each visit, and the help LaToya provides. Also get timely information texts from the company. Highly recommend.
