Kim I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated I am with your team. You installed a water heater but then installed a less valuable one with out telling me. . I had to go look at the model number to see that you had tried to sneak a less valuable water heater into my house without me noticing. You corrected that eventually which is good on you.
