Karizme is an outstanding salesperson and tried very hard to help us find a car for my son. Unfortunately, her hands were tied because of a ridiculous (new) business practice restricting them from pulling inventory from one of the other lots. Rather than figure out the challenges of managing inventory across multiple lots (like Carmax and other dealers have done), they turn around and restrict the ability of their salespeople to work on behalf of their clients. Anthony Anastasio did such a great job helping me get into a new truck that I referred my sister to him a week and a half later! He and Haddad Toyota took every precaution imaginable to distance themselves from myself, my sister, and my nephew who’s patiently waiting to meet his new sister!
