Is Southwest Hyundai having financial problems. They stole $1000 on my trade. They gave me no hard copy on the closing paperwork. If they had, I would have found that they cheated me.

Alex Esquivel at Southwest Hyundai initially was patient and knowledgeable until he stole $1000 from in my trade for a new Tucson. I told him I would trade if I got $19000 for my car. He made me believe that I was getting that much. I TRUSTED HIM! He made me believe that I was getting the price. They did not furnish me with a hard copy to see the figures. Alex Esquivel cheated me out of a $1000. Pretended that I got what I asked for my trade but didn't give it to me. No transparency whatsoever. Didn't furnish a hard copy of the closing costs. They put it on a computer key and I couldn't see any of the documents until I got home. That's when I discovered they had cheated me. Crooked and backed up by his boss Antonio Galagos. UNETHICAL Stay away from this crooked dealership!
I can't believe this dealership will cheat customers. I experienced this when I bought my new car. First of all, this dealership is unethical and is NOT TRANSPARENT. It is not even a member of with BBB. They cheated me out of a $1000. They offered $18000 for my trade. I said I would make a deal if I got $19000. took the day off from work to have Hyundai Anti Theft service performed ; had initial appointment on 4/23/26 and rescheduled for 10AM today. The part had been ordered prior to the initial appointment. After I drop the car off, 1/2 hour later Rob Williams calls and states "we don't have the part anymore, it was sent back due to being over 30 days' not only did I take the day off but I live in Aston and driving to Newark is 45 min. The service department obviously does not care about its customers. Not once has a simple oil changed taken less than 3 hours. They do not value my time at all. I am done.
