This is the worst landlord experience I have ever had! They are unorganized, unprofessional, and straight up rude awful people. They refused to give us online or multiple copies of our lease. They were minimally helpful in any problems we had with the house. They make you pay a water bill but refused to give us monthly or quarterly receipts. They slapped us with the water bill over a month after our lease had ended and it was astronomically high. These are the definitions of slumlords. Do not rent from them.
These people call me to do a job on some properties they were getting tickets on for not maintaining, give them a quote and went to do the job then after I start they said they not doing that property anymore and asking for liability insurance which I got, to work on their empty lots cutting weeds, after writing a million invoices and going there 3 times they decided not to pay me a red cent. These people are criminals
HORROR SHOW Bait and Switch - UNPROFESSIONAL WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. The manager of this company - Andrea Haday - totally shafted clients of mine - she was the rudest person I have EVER come across, aggressive, intimidating, unprofessional and so bad that I am filing in court for my clients. This is the worst management company to exist. They cheat innocent people out of money and expect people to stay in their unclean, unsafe and old apartments. Water has flowed into the apartment for years and there are rodents. The owner Andrea is delusional and rude! Do not rent from them!
I have been a resident in one of Hadco Management's property in Boston, MA for 5 years now and feel so grateful to have found this place.
