Wish there was one closer to Kansas City!! The wings are perfect. I tried 4 different flavors and I couldn't choose a favorite.

I've been going to Hackett's since it was only one room and I've always loved it. But I went in a few days ago around 4 in the afternoon and I was not greeted at all by the host/hostess'. There were at least 3 of them standing behind the counter yet not a single one of them bothered to welcome us. They gave me (and my friend) almost a look as though they wanted us to leave. My family waited an hour and a half to get our food, and they ran out of what some of us ordered , so they had to order something else, and one of them ordered a burger, and got a chopped up patty like it came from the sides of the grill. Worst of all it was my cousin's birthday, and we came here for him. It makes me very angry.
Well, I'm going to go ahead and counter everything I just read in those two negative reviews that I just read. I get carry out often - heck, I just ordered again just now and am going to go pick it up after I send this review. The person answered immediately, took my order, and 2 minutes later I had my cost and time. In 15 minutes, I'll walk over and get my order, and it'll be delicious and hot just like it always is. Floyd and the crew - keep up the good work!
Great food great service great atmosphere . We go there every third Thursday .
