I truly feel like the team at this urgent care was heaven-sent. I had a terrible case of food poisoning, which hit me even harder because I have UC. I was severely dehydrated and in really bad shape but didn’t want to sit in the ER for hours. I saw that this urgent care offered blood work and IVs, so I gave it a shot—and I’m so glad I did. I had a good experience here! Short wait, everything was clean and everyone was nice. The only suggestion I would make is to let patients know they will have to walk across the building for imaging instead of down a hall or two. It’s fine, but would’ve liked the option to have my shoes on or bring my phone etc.. Otherwise all great
Please seek care elsewhere from capable professionals. I went to this clinic after sustaining a toe injury. After being examined by Dr. Abba Tietz and having an x-ray performed and reviewed by a radiologist on staff (Dr. Adam Bogomol), both doctors determined there was no fracture. I followed up with an orthopedic doctor out of an abundance of caution, and that physician immediately diagnosed a fracture after looking at an X-ray. Hackensack Meridian Primary Care at 5 Marine View Plaza charged me $300 for a 5-minute video call that they scheduled without telling me it would be billed separately. After my physical on April 17, they booked a May 5 call to “go over results” — misleading me into thinking it was a required part of my exam. At no point was I told it was optional or would cost $300. This violates the No Surprises Act, which prohibits billing without clear notice and consent.
