They are horrible if I could do zero star I would give them .I arrived there 7:44 p.m in cold weather although they were sitting there they did not let my sick kid in. I don’t know why they said they close at 8:00 p.m. date 03.17.2025
They claim to offer ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, etc. that other urgent cares don’t offer, but when we went they said it wasn’t available. They don’t take insurance either.
FYI They do not take any insurance unless it’s medicare. If you are from Hackensack meridian health employees, they do not accept your insurance. Out of pocket for you folks. They recommended CityMd, So disappointed.. At 8:30 they had the door locked and two ladies on the desk surfing the internet. They did mention they are under Hackensack meridian health umbrella. I guess that how they can use the Hackensack meridian health name. I do not give businesses negative review unless it’s helpful. I never once gave a negative rev... read more

Website and google description states seeing patients if all ages. Will not see children of all ages, up to the doctor on call to decide. Currently not accepting insurance, $120 cash payment.
