I had such a wonderful experience at Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care in Hoboken. The doctor was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind, and the entire staff was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Everything was handled so efficiently—I was in and out in under an hour! It’s so refreshing to have such excellent care right here in Hoboken. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and compassionate care. A truly great experience!
My wife had a terrible expirence on 7/1/26 at this facility by the registration and clerical staff, clinical staff was competent and caring. After refusing to reach out to our insurance my wife, while in pain, had to make the phone call herself. After our insurance confirmed eligibility, the facility still could not or would not process it correctly. She was forced to payout of pocket prior to receiving any care. NOW over a month later we are still chasing down reimbursement.
