I must say I never had a problem with this urgent care before, service is always great . However, I have encountered a Dr. Chaundri today young female Dr who spoke to me in such a condescending way and even made negative facial remarks to go with her attitude , about my love one care instead of speaking to me to reassure everything was okay she did the total opposite not professional at all Dr. Chaundri!
Very kind and professional. Took care of me and got me in and out as soon as possible.
Saw the Dr & he insisted I just needed light meds. I asked for more because I had a bad cough for seven days. The cough syrup he prescribed made be dizzy. I called back & Dr said to stop the cough syrup & never told me to come back. So, I went to Carbon Health & my cough that he thought was nothing turned into pneumonia. Thanks, doc! I won’t be back!
