Very kind and professional.
It’s a clean beautiful spacious location . However I was disappointed to discover there is no blood work at this location and X-rays are only Monday to Friday . Plus they only do X-rays , no other type of imaging . Therefore, I ended up traveling to Hackensack ER instead .
My experience was good, a friendly atmosphere. There was no long wait, and the place was very accommodating. Certainly will go back again.
If i could give 0 stars - i really would - I was so disappointed after my visit - my fiancé had hurt his head and the MD (emphasis on the MD) did NOT look at his head - did not clean the wound and said it was just a scrape - took him to a different urgent care after 4 hours of non stop bleeding and found out he had a 2 cm laceration (the top of his head) and that he needed to start antibiotics and would have needed stitches - so disappointed in the lack of attention and the lack of going through all the steps - ESPECIALLY SI... read more
