Great experience all around from front desk to Dr. everyone was great!
I went to urgent care here last week because I wasn't feeling well. My diagnosis was it was most likely viral and to wait it out. Well, I went to a different urgent care today and I have atypical pneumonia now and I'm on two antibiotics for a bacterial infection. I have asthma and relayed my concern about how when I get sick I'm high risk and I felt ignored. It could have landed me in the hospital.
My favorite urgent care is Hackensack Meridian in Clark. I was greeted by two welcoming staff Gabriella and Crystal. Very warm, friendly , caring and made me feel right at home. Those two young ladies work so well together and are a team! They are assets. Plus I didn’t have to wait which was a plus considering I wasn’t feeling well. Dr Odatalla is excellent.
