This facility is amazing—truly one of the best urgent care centers in New Jersey! The staff is so sweet, attentive, and professional. They really take the time to listen, care about what you’re saying, and make you feel understood. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The whole experience made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quality care!

I accompanied my mother, who is deaf, to this urgent care facility for treatment of two separate medical issues. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Xiao J. Chen and his staff was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. From the beginning, there was resistance to allowing my mother to use a Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) service, which is a basic and necessary accommodation for a deaf patient. Doctor was excellent, Xray was so fast and people were so nice. Only downside was the email told me to arrive 15 minutes before my 8am appointment. When I arrived doors were locked until 8:10 when someone finally arrived. Even the doctors were waiting outside in the freezing cold. Not acceptable.
