Went to the urgent care. The team was very polite and professional and there was no wait. Front desk team knew their job and greeted me with a smile. Tech that took my vital signs was also friendly and professional. Overall very positive experience and I would recommend them. Better bedside manner than my last doctor before I joined the new healthcare plan.
Dr. Amanda Sherak was a complete waste of my co-pay. She sent me to another doctor within seconds of seeing me, which required another copay, and even that doctor agreed that she could have helped me without the referral- along with a shake of his head, a chuckle and an apology to me for running around all morning. Maybe if she listens to the patients to begin with and does her job as a "doctor," maybe then she can do her job. What are the chances I get a refund for my co-pay?
The Waiting Room For Lab Work Needs To Be Bigger ..... There is not enough room for people to sit waiting to be served ... People sit almost on top of each other and people have to wait outside . And when you are outside how will you know if your number is called ? Need a better way
