I’ve been taking my three children to this pediatric office since moving to Jackson about three years ago, back when Dr. Anil Pawa was still managing it. Unfortunately, since the practice changed hands and new doctors and staff, including Dr. Punam Patel Jain, have taken over, the quality of care has declined dramatically. Dr Anne is the most incompetent doctor I have ever have ever met. She will completely disregard your symptoms if there isn’t a profitable test for her to run and then lie to you and tell you later that she recommended a completely different test. She also does not keep track of policy changes that have a direct impact on your health. Worst of all she has trouble with numbers, she told me directly that she commonly will mix up simple things like reading 4 but saying 5.
