I was referred to a Doctor at this facility by a friend. I was supposed to get medical clearance for my surgery since I have cancer. I am already extremely stressed out and upset. My appt got moved to a different day so I addressed some other health issues with my Dr. Once I was done I tried to weight myself but couldn't get the scale to work. My experience at Hackensack Meridian Health in this location has been extremely stressful and disappointing. First, my original appointment was canceled because the nurse was sick. When it was rescheduled and I finally went, the nurse told me that I should go to another location because I had too many blood tests to do. I explained that I didn’t have time and that my student visa was at risk, since I had class and a meeting at 3 PM, homework to finish, and needed to take the train. The day before, when I went for a blood test, the nurse couldn’t find my vein. Frustrated, she told me to come back the next day. When I returned the next day, she finally found the vein and drew my blood. Then, when it was time to leave the urine sample, I was instructed to place it in the “silver window.” I couldn’t find where that was, so I asked for help. I saw a bunch of negative reviews here so I thought I would post a good one. I felt the office staff did their job and wasn’t disrespectful at all. Perhaps there has been some turnover or perhaps things have changed as it looks like this office used to be owned privately and is now owned by HMH. I would highly recommend both Dr. Thakar and Dr. Gusler!
This office is the worse I've ever been too. Since Dr. Falco left the office has gone down hill so bad. They have the most stupid , lazy, and incompetent people working there. They dont listen to or care about the patients. They must post help wanted signs in the projects because that's what they have working there. Everyone is dense in the head and don't know how to do their job. Stay away from this dreadful place, if I could give zero stars I would.
