This used to be my go to place for any suspension work, never did I ever doubt the quality of work that they did. I used to recommend them to anyone I talked to that needed suspension work done. But after my recent visit to them for an alignment, I picked up my truck to find that it pulled to the left so bad that if I took my hands off the wheel it would drive my truck immediately into the left lane. i wouldn't come back here. first they gave me an appointment monday at one then calls me Tuesday to say car will be ready thursday. 2. i came here for full coilovers adjustment and set. they tell me mycoilovers are stuck and they dont want to strip threads (ok) but then charge me $319. for what? then they tell me i have no pre poad adjuster in rear. i call manufacture who makes coilover who calls them to explain how to set coilover. very disappointed. they raised one side in rear and couldn't adjust other side so i have one ... read more

Great operation... as one reviewer stated, "Old school". I've been going there since the early '80's and you can ALWAYS rely on a true diagnosis. I've gone there fearing a major problem, only to be told it was something minor. See if that happens at a Pep Boys. The family prides themselves on three generations of integrity and it shows.
