Served myself a bowl of menudo, The employee had just put a fresh batch in the insert. While mixing in some lime I see a huge hair ball wrapped around a piece of the menudo meat. It was disgusting, we told the waitress and all she said is that since its a buffet they cannot control the way people wear thier hair. She was basically claiming it fell in after another customer served themselves. I told her it was a new batch from the kitchen. She just said they would dump it out and put out a new batch.
